After five great days in Holbox, we drove back to Cancun and took another very windy ferry to Isla Mujeres. It's much more built up then Holbox, but the beaches are still incredible - beautiful turquoise water.We stayed at a very modern hotel with a gorgeous deck that overlooked the pool and the beach. We rented a golf cart and toured the island, stopping off to see some sea turtles and snorkel with some fish. Viola said hello to one of the many iguanas on the island.
But mostly we just hung out at the hotel and the beach, built some more sand castles, and then it was back home to reality.
