Southeast Asia Part Seven: Vientiane to Luang Prabang































We left Vientiane at night en route to Luang Prabang, which is in the northern part of Laos. Viola had a field day playing with the toys in the airport shop, and we all got loopy on strawberry flavored Pocky.

Our hotel was called '3 Nagas' after the 3-headed snake that protects Buddha. There was a beautiful garden right outside our room.

Luang Prabang is a charming and dramatic town tucked in between lush green hills and two rivers. All along the streets are market stalls and tons of Wats...
