Today we went to a birthday party in Oakland for my friend Rachel's son Buck. He was turning 2 and the place was swarming with cute kids. A blond boy named Julian was seriously infatuated with V, and a girl dressed up like a frog named Pearl liked her too and kept petting her on the head. The cupcakes were delicious.
