Today the weather was unbelievably warm... our big winter jackets are going happily unused at the moment. After breakfast of toast & coffee, we hit some tourist spots.
Starting off at the Holocaust memorial - which was quite stunning - we made our way to the Brandenburg gate. Then we went to the Reichstag, but the dome was closed so we'll have to go back there later.
Walking along the river toward Mitte, we saw a few cool modern buildings (that picture is for all the architects in my life).
After a leisurly lunch in Hackescher Hof, where the peanut slept the whole time, we made our way back home on the subway.
Now we're resting our feet and thinking about supper...
